| INA d.d Today, INA is a medium-sized European oil company with a leading role in oil business in Croatia and a significant role in the region in the areas of oil and gas exploration, production, oil processing and distribution. INA has significant domestic and international exploration and production portfolio, and two well-positioned refineries in Rijeka and Sisak, with extensive logistics network. Retails network consists of close to 500 fillings station with strong domestic and growing regional presence. INA entered into strategic partnership with MOL Plc. in year 2003, and MOL has been fully consolidating INA from mid-2009. INA d.d. shares have been listed on the London and Zagreb stock exchanges. |
| SLOVNAFT a.s The principal activities of the SLOVNAFT a.s. are the processing of crude oil, the distribution and sale of refined products, having the largest retail network in Slovakia. SLOVNAFT entered into strategic partnership with MOL in year 2000, and became an integral part of the MOL Group in 2003. Bratislava refinery, as well as Duna refinery of MOL has been in the top performer position in Europe since then. Slovnaft Petrochemicals along with TVK compose the Petrochemical Division in the MOL Group, which holds leading position in petrochemical sector in the Central-Eastern Europe. SLOVNAFT, a.s. has its primary listing on the Bratislava Stock Exchange. |

| TVK Plc. Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company (hereinafter TVK Plc. or TVK), located in Tiszaújváros is the largest chemical company in Hungary. Along with Slovnaft Petrochemicals, s.r.o.
