Increase in the amount of the revolving credit facility

MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants, that on 22 September 2010 the amount of the revolving credit facility agreement signed on 10 September 2010 was increased by EUR 50 million to EUR 500 million with the involvement of further banks. All other terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
