Increase in the facility amount of the Forward Start credit facility

MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants that on 29 December 2009 the amount of the forward start revolving facility agreement, which was signed on 12 November 2009 was increased by EUR 75 million to EUR 525 million due to involvement of further banks. All other terms of the agreement remain unchanged, so the credit facility will be available for the Company from 1 October 2010 and the tenor of the Forward Start loan is 18 months from that start date which can be extended by 6 months upon to MOL’s request.
