MOL has received OMV’s subsequent action as well as the order of the Metropolitan Court

In the litigation initiated by OMV Clearing und Treasury GmbH (“OMV”) against MOL for qualifying lent shares as treasury shares and to invalidate the agreements, MOL has received OMV’s action as well as the order of the Metropolitan Court, in which the court has set the date of the first hearing to February 25th 2009.
