MOL signed EUR 150 million long term loan agreement with EIB to finance the interconnection of Hungarian and Croatian natural gas transmission systems

MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants that MOL signed a long term investment loan agreement with the European Investment Bank, which could be utilized in the amount of EUR 150 million to finance the construction of 205 km long natural gas transmission pipeline between Városföld and the Hungarian-Croatian border. This will further integrate the European gas market and provide gas transit capacity from Hungary to Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Italy, and in reverse mode from Croatia to Hungary. The loan contributes to the diversification of the financing structure of MOL Group.
