MOL treasury share transaction

MOL Plc hereby informs the capital market’s participants that MFB Invest Zrt. transferred 1,273,271 „A” Series MOL Ordinary shares to MOL Plc on 29 June 2011, according the share lending agreement between MOL Plc. and MFB Invest Zrt.

Following this transaction MOL owns 5,793,316 „A” Series and 578 „C” Series MOL Ordinary shares.
