MOL Treasury shares transaction

MOL Plc. hereby informs capital market participants that on 14 September 2009, MOL transferred 25,545 MOL “A” series ordinary shares to Dana Gas and 25,545 MOL “A” series ordinary shares to Crescent Petroleum, in order to finance partially the 2009 work program of Pearl project. The transfer is in line with our announcement on 10 September 2009.

Following this transaction MOL owns 7,434,737 “A“ series and 578 "C" series ordinary shares.
