MOL won litigation initiated by Surgutneftegas

MOL Plc. hereby informs the capital market participants that the Metropolitan High Court of Appeal finally approved the ruling of Metropolitan Court rejecting the claim of OJSC Surgutneftegas in the litigation initiated by OJSC Surgutneftegas against the Company in 2009 in order to make void the resolution of the Board of Directors of MOL on the refusal of OJSC Surgutneftegas’s registration into the share register.
