Personnel changes in MOL Plc.

Mr László Geszti, the President of the Management Board of INA, will focus on INA developments, therefore, Mr László Piry will be the Executive Vice President of Retail of MOL Nyrt. as of 1 October 2009. Mr Piry has worked as Polymer Marketing and Sales Manager of TVK Plc. since 7 June 2004. After the personnel changes Mr László Geszti will not be considered and Mr László Piry will be considered as senior manager of MOL Plc. At present Mr László Piry does not own MOL shares.
