Share purchase of MOL manager

Mulham Al-Jarf, member of the Board of Directors of MOL purchased 200 pieces MOL shares at HUF 15,000 on average on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 14 September 2011, with the assistance of OTP Bank Plc. as investment service provider. After the transaction Mulham Al-Jarf owns 495 MOL shares.
