Share purchase of a MOL manager

József Kudela, employee representative member of the Supervisory Board of MOL purchased 10 MOL shares at HUF 23,100 each on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 7 August 2006, with the assistance of K&H Equities as investment service provider.
