Share sale of MOL manager

Mr. György Mosonyi, Group Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of MOL sold 3,000 MOL shares at HUF 20,539 on average on the Budapest Stock Exchange on 29 December 2010, with the assistance of OTP Bank Plc. as investment service provider. After the transaction Mr. György Mosonyi owns 62,920 MOL shares.
